Thank you for joining 'A Peace Of Paper' Community Project
Thank you so much for joining School Breathe's Community Project: A Peace of Paper: Breathe Origami We're excited to have you on board and to support your efforts in spreading the power of mindful breathing within your community.
As promised, we’ve attached your free downloadable guide, which includes origami and breathwork inspirations along with ideas of where to leave your creations.
STEP ONE: Click Here And Make Your Origami Creation This guide, kindly sent to us by the British Origami Society, is packed full of inspiration for easy-to-fold creations. There's also lots of examples on their YouTube channel. Should you like audio and visual instructions, School Breathe Breath Coach and Origami Artist, Tim Harrison has recorded a step by step video guide of how to make an Origami Boat here.
STEP TWO: Click here to download your Breath Exercise + Breathing Poem Inspiration Choose your preferred breath exercise, or be inspired to write your own. Remember School Breathe's golden breathing rules. Breathe in through the nose, breathe into the belly (belly should rise as you breathe in) and breathe slowly. There's some shorter versions here too: click here.
STEP THREE: Leave your origami breathing creation somewhere it can inspire a moment of calm—on a school playground bench, a café table, a park bench, or even a library shelf—for someone to discover and breathe with.
We’re thrilled to see how these simple, creative tools can make a big impact, and we can’t wait to hear how your community responds to your Breathe Origami creations. Thank you again for participating, and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further support!
If you are on social media, please tag @schoolbreathe on Instagram or @SchoolBreathe via LinkedIn and share your creations.
Happy Breathing,
