Meet Olly Layton at spÄ«ra breath. A qualified secondary school teacher with significant pastoral experience in schools, Olly is passionate about the potential of breathwork to help teenagers manage stress and anxiety.Ā Ā Ā
Ā This online course is for schools, professionals, parents and caregivers to share with teens aged 12 - 19.Ā Ā
OllyĀ will guide you and your young child/students to manage stress and improve wellbeing through simply, scientifically proven breath techniques.Ā Ā

- 500hr Yoga Teacher certified
- Youth Mental Health First Aid certifiedĀ
