The 5 Pillars - one per day:

Monday - Educate Children discover why their nose is their superpower. Introduces nasal breathing simply and playfully through an air hunt activity and guided questions.

Tuesday - Regulate The Cat Dance and Sunshine Stretch combine gentle movement with slow breathing to shake off stress energy and settle little bodies ready to learn.

Wednesday - Create Triangle Breathing meets creative colouring. Children trace and breathe along a triangle, then colour their own to express how they're feeling. Includes a printable worksheet.

Thursday - Narrate The Calm Bunny Breaths — a beautiful guided read-aloud story that leads children into slow, deep nasal breathing through gentle narrative. Perfect after lunch or on a high-energy day.

Friday - Integrate No new learning — just space to revisit whichever pillar felt most meaningful. Children begin to own their own calm toolkit.
