School Breathe offers specialised training, focused on educating and guiding younger children, ages 4 to 12, with tailored breathing practices not commonly found in standard facilitator trainings.
Participants gain knowledge about dysfunctional breathing in children, learn about the healthy ways to breathe including; children's respiratory anatomy and physiology, trauma informed approaches, and the benefits of breathing well.
You will also learn child focused breath exercises, techniques and fun and engaging routines to help children access a deeper understanding of the healthy way to breathe for improved mental and emotional wellbeing.
The training covers both techniques and routines for one-to-one teaching and group settings.
You will receive access to breathing techniques and routines, that are unique to School Breathe. These include supplementary materials such as interactive breath-focused poems, relaxation audios, videos and scripts.
Our monthly calls further enrich the learning experience, including teachings from our team of breath coach trainers.
