The Instant Calm Classroom Kit is an evidence-informed breathwork and wellbeing programme for primary schools, designed to support calm behaviour, emotional regulation, and focus in the classroom. 

Created for teachers, the kit includes short, child-friendly breathing videos led by qualified breath coaches, with written adaptations for both KS1 and KS2. Each practice is linked to real classroom moments such as behaviour escalation, noise levels, transitions between lessons, pre-assessment anxiety, and end-of-day regulation.
